Is there a way to change the name of the sender for the Jira CSAT? right now it is currently being sent to external clients under my personal name.

Notifications for customers will always appear on the "From" the name of the agent that added the comment, made the transition or other changes on the ticket. Currently, it's not possible to change that.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
