Is it possible to customize the view of the web portal?
We want that after a customer creates an issue, he will get a text in the portal that says something like "thanks for creating an issue. This is your issue number *. We will contact you"
At the moment the customer get directed immediately to the issue he created.

No this is not currently possible. However, if the click on their profile in upper right they will find the issue listed under the issues they created.
