Hello Support,
I would like to know if my email domain does not use DKIM for record, and we would less prefer adding SPF record to prevent unnecessary hop to our domain, how can we get to proceed with this? Does it mean that i still need to have DKIM and SPF in order to use my own domain for service desk emailing notification?
