Database: JIRA couldn't connect to your database

Hi all,

 

I am using H2DB for jira. Now i am not able to open jira page due to above error. can anyone suggest on it.

Hello @rajneesh tyagi 

As per the supported platforms for Jira, H2 is not supported for prod instances , it's only for evaluation purposes.

You will need to read the application log file for more information, it is usually <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log
