Hi,
We are a company that has clients in Spain and also in Europe. The language configuration options I see can be set at the system level (default language) and then by the project (help desk for the client).
Our problem is if I configure Spanish as a base language and a project with the Spanish language for notifications everything works correctly:
With the project for an English client, we configure the notifications with default language in English but then:
Our idea would be to differentiate help desks for our clients and that all communication (also portal and welcome message) is in the corresponding language of the client.
Can we do this with jira helpdesk in some way?
Thank everyone in advance.
Best Regards,
Saúl.
Hi @Saúl Cejudo Córdoba ,
For service desk portal translation, there is a paid plugin which I previously used with a success. You can do direct String translation. It may help.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your response.
Could you explain a little more what you mean by string translation directly?
You mean in the templates themselves?
I found this entry:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/modify-notification-email/qaq-p/178624
But I see it a little complicated to modify any template ..
Thank you again,
B.R

Hi,
Have you managed to translate the welcome message page? I mean the text where customers are supposed to enter their name and password?
Thank you, Pas
