How do I go about doing this? I have two help desk projects on our help center; one is defunct and the other one is our sandbox. I don't want our users to access this so I need to delete our hide them from our help center. Can you please help?
Hello @Will Do IT if you don't want to show a project in the portal go to the project settings -> customer permissions and there select the option in which only the customers added can see the project. Afterwards remove any customer from it and that should do the trick
