Hi,
We want that the customer can close his own issues.
It should be possible in the web portal if I add a transition and choose "show transition in web portal".
But we want that the customer can do this as well by clicking on a button in the mail.
Let´s say the agent presents a solution for the issue. The customer gets a mail and can decide if he wants to accept the solution and close the issue or decline the solution.
How can I make this possible?

@Mathias Koprek, AFAIK there is no "button" method. I did a quick check for addons but didn't immediately find one but maybe one exists. You could consider Automation keying on specific words but I find this rather dangerous personally. The example below should help though it is for Cloud so server will be a bit different.
