Description' field changing to "None"

I'm creating an Issue and when I changing the Description Field in Approve step, an "Automation for Jira" are removing my change to "None". 
I'm looking for a way to disable this.

@Eduardo Oliveira, 

You should look for the automation which is causing this is. To find them, navigate to Project settings > Automation and check to see which automation rule is causing this.
