One of our teams is handling data processing from other customers. They would like the customers, when creating issues on service desk, to attach one or more files containing the data and include the description of the attachent. It is very important to know the purpose of the data being processed.
Something like:
It would be nice to have the option of being able to add attachments of the same name.
This list needs to be visible both in Jira and in Jira service desk.
Is there a solution in Jira that can help with this issue? Maybe a plugin?
We have JIRA Service Desk 3.15.1 and Jira Software 7.12.1.
