Different entries of a field for different customer organizations

Hi,

we've a field services and for organization 1 the entries should be a,b,c and for organization 2 the entries should be d,e,f in the same customer portal.

Is there a dependency between field and organization or should you make a separate request type for each organization and control it in this way?

Hi,

there is no connection between organizations and fields, fields can be controlled from the request type.

Yes, if you wan to have different fields, you should create different request types. But have in mind if they are in the same portal, both organizations will see the request types for the other organization.
