Hi,
Due to my automation and workflow settings, every time a customer replys a request from email (add a new comment to the issue), the issue status changes to "Waiting for support".
But then a new email is sent to customer saying that "Automation for Jira changed status to Waiting for support".
How can I disable that? I accessed project settings >> customer notifications but there is no option there.

Before you go into the edit page for the notification you can toggle the enable toggle to turn it off. See screenshot below.
yep i keep that disabled personally as it creates unnecessary spam.

Are you asking if you can change the project template once created? If so no. You have to create a new project.
