We have removed the delete-issues permission from our agents.
The "Delete" button correctly goes away for agents, but now, when I login, I see the following error message:
So, can we remove the delete-issue permissions for our agents or not? And if we can't, then why does Jira allow us to remove it?
Hello Jason,
The warning returning to you (Yellow color) report anything that is not using the recommended configuration of JIRA SD, however, will not cause other functionalities to stop working or any further problems.
That being said, if you really want to restrict your Agents from deleting issues, you can click on the Dismiss this warning to hide it and you will not have any further problems.
Hello,
It is just a warning. You can ignore it.

What is the warning telling me, though? Why does it think there is a problem?
