Good day!
Tell me how to make sure that a certain request field is not displayed to the task author when creating, but is displayed in the already created application? (I mean the display on the client portal - Jira Service Desk)
2 fields interest:
- field created using Elements Connect plugin
- field Assignee
Displayed fields on the portal are configured via project settings > request types > edit fields where you can add and remove the fields. I don’t understand “the already created application”. Field appearance is managed via Screens.
I can hide user fields, but not system fields.
I mean that the problems in Jira are divided into 3 screens:
- Create an issue
- edit release
- see release
How can I configure this for requests that are created on the client portal in the Jira Service Desk?
You need this:
- The user creates a request without an assignee field,
- but when he views his already created request, also on the portal, the assignee field is displayed there
Is there a need to create a rule or is there a plugin, or can this be customized somehow?
