I was excited to know about rebranding of Jira SD into Service Management and new features coming out. All the guides say that with the new projects the features like Opsgenie will be available. Has anyone seen those features working?

I have just checked and I don't have access to them yet either. The announcement says:
Within several weeks after launch on November 9, 2020, your cloud instance will automatically be given access to Opsgenie (for no additional cost)
So I think it's a case of wait and see at the moment.
