Duplicating Requests

Is there a way for customer to duplicate a record.

e.g. there is a very long form,

For each user most of the values are same.

Is there any duplication functionality in JIRA service desk. e.g. the user opens his previsouly filled form and click on duplicate, then the whole form should be duplicated. (Ideally not all fields but some fields)

Is this possible via any plugin or customization?

There is nothing like this at least out of the box. I’m not familiar with and addon that would support this but that doesn’t mean one does exist.
