Edit filter in own requests servicedesk

Hello at all,

is there a posibility for admins to edit the service desk customers request- page?

For example add some filters.

It is not possible filter issues on customer portal with jira native fields.
But you can filter your requests using this plugin:

There is no such functionality, you can see the Atlassian feature request for this and vote here:

There are several add-ons that can do that too, you can pick the one that suits you.
