I’m not sure I understood correctly your questions.

Regarding the first one (from the title), what do you mean about the translator and page reader? Is there any issue in Jira related to translations? Please, let us know more details.

About the second one, are you facing issues to see your projects?

I can see that you have two sites, and in one of them, you have two different accounts. One of the accounts has access only to Confluence, so it’s important to check if you are using the Jira administrator account to see the projects. You can also add the other account to all the Jira groups, so you will be able to access Jira projects with both of the accounts.
