Working on: Jira Service Desk - Cloud
We were planning to incorporate email templates into the workflow.
e.g.
Within a status when invoked, based on selection of organization and choices selected, a few email templates will be generated and ability to be sent to correct parties based on selection.
Organization A + Choice A, Choice B = Email Template A (Sent to people in Org A that uses Choice A, B)
Organization B + Choice A, Choice C = Email Template B (Sent to people in Org B that uses Choice A,C)
Organization C + Choice D = Email Template C (Sent to people in Org C that uses Choice D)
Is this possible?

Just posting an update here because I saw that the ticket was resolved and the resolution was an automation add-on.

Please note that we have no defined solution to date. The suggestion was just to find an add-on to suit our needs which we do not have. We have instead found other workarounds instead. Hope that Jira would have something on this in the future.
