Emails content are duplicated
Hello!
Recently in our jira service desk, customers notifications content has been duplicated. We didn't change anything. When the customer recieves the mail confirmating that we had the request, the content of the email is duplicated always 5 times. We checked everything, every template, but is happening in every project.
There is an open bug about this:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4968
but is fixed in 3.6 and we have 3.16.
So i don't know what is happening here.
