End user issue - duplicate attachments on a Service Desk Ticket

Hi there,

I have an issue with an end user creating a Jira Service Desk Ticket, they attach 2 .png files, then when they attach a 3rd one, it duplicates it 3 times.

I was going to create a dummy ticket and see if I could replicate their issue, but thought it best to check with Atlassian first in case this was a known issue with the Service Desk.

Try to replicate the same and see if the same happens to you. Could be an issue that affects your organization as a whole or just an individual case.
