Error when I am trying to install Jira Service Desk

Hi Support,

I am trying to install Jira Service desk on top our Jira Software when I am trying install i get the below error

Have you managed to resolve this issue already or do you still need help?

We didn’t find any logs attached to this community question and they will be essential for us to help resolve this issue. Please also describe how you were trying to install Jira Service Desk.

One thing to notice. The tag for Jira Software is saying 8.2.3, while you were trying to install Jira Service Desk 4.8.0. Those versions are not compatible. Jira Service Desk and Jira Software have 1:1 version matching. Jira Service Desk 4.8.0 would be only compatible with Jira Software 8.8.0 as mentioned in the release notes https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk/jira-service-desk-4-8-x-release-notes-996707738.html. You might want to upgrade Jira Software first and then install Jira Service Desk.
