Expanding to access/lodge a case in Jira Service Desk Cloud for non clients

Hi there

We use JIRA Service Desk to track the case ourself as well as clients can submit the case.

With this COVID19, we would like allow guest/anonymous to lodge the case their own but we need to capture their detail as name, email address, phone number as well as their issues. Is this possible?
