Exporting hours

Adrian Criado June 1, 2020

Hi, theres anyway to export the hours of all the users that worked in a ticket?

For example in my company we have a daily ticket for the daily meeting where all the IT team sets the time we are in that meeting, i need to export the hours each user set. I dont really know if thats possible. Thanks.

Hi @Adrian Criado ,

You didn't specify what target file format you have in mind for exporting, but your requirement can be best solved by a dedicated app from the Marketplace.

One option you can try is with the Better Excel Exporter or Better PDF Exporter apps, depending on what kind of output you need. Excel is better if your goal is to analyze the exported data further. PDF is a better fit if you are looking to create custom documents that incorporate your time spent data, like this:

(Please note that Better Excel and PDF Exporter apps are paid and supported apps and I'm part of the team developing them.)

Hi @Adrian Criado

You can try solutions form Atlassian Marketplace like this.

It lets you capture and export time each user spend in each issue. Also, you will be able to monitor how long each assignee working on tickets in different statuses. If this tool is interesting for you, I will be happy to assist you in its usage.

Regards
