Is it possible to set it up so that when you click on a task link, the task page opens with a subject and description.
But when the user clicks on the task link, the main support menu opens.
How to configure so that any user can follow the sent link and see the task itself without access to it?
Hi @Alexander
Unfortunatly if you want to do that you have to give a JIRA license to everyone. The link redirect to the jira request view available to collaborators and Agents, both have license.
A client only have access to the customer portal and cannot access JIRA standard view without a license.
If it's already the case, the user do not have browse permission on this project. He can see it on the portal just because Browse permission is set to Customer Portal.
This should not be displayed as link for customer so I may miss something.
