Is there any way to force customers to leave a comment when they rate under 5 stars in customer satisfaction survey?
Hello @gfernandez , there is no way to force this on native customer satisfaction survey in Jira Service Desk. However, you can look for some of the third-party addons like Actions for Jira Service Desk to extend your customer surveys.
