Format Link in Confluence search result

Hi all,

we have a Confluence Space that is linked to a JIRA Service Desk as knowledgebase. On one page in our knowledgebase there is an external link (e.g. to google). The link looks good, when the Confluence page is rendered. But when looking at search results preview, the whole link is lost.

When rendered, the page looks like this:

When searching for that particular article in Confluence it shows up as follows:

Now, when I try to create an issue from the customer portal (JIRA-SD), this shows up:

Now my question: Is there a way to format the link, so that it will show up as a real (and clickable) link in the customer portal preview?
