Forwarded mail gets stuck in SD Autofilter

Hi,

I'm going live with our new JSM tomorrow and I still have one critical thing to figure out.

As the old ticketing system receives mail from 5 different mailboxes I have set up forwarding on the server side but the incoming mails get stuck in the SD autofilter as an autoreply.

I have entered the domains in the whitelist and added the addresses as customers but nothing seems to work.

Please help!!!
