Hello
I am currently working with the HTTP Feed Custom Fields Add-On It's a Great tool for quickly populating a select field with date from an API.
However I have one complaint. We are trying to use it in a service desk project and we have found that the data doesn't populate when shown in a service desk form.
I am wondering if there is a way to fix this by writing some field behavior script? If anyone out there working with the HTTP Feed Custom Fields Add-On any help you can offer would be amazing, and thanks in advance.
Hi Gregory,
I would ask cPrime if their addon is working with with Jira Service Desk. We found out that most AddOns don't display anything on JSD customer/portal screens.
Best
JP
Thanks Rusch
I already opened a ticket with CPrime, but what I would really like to see is if anyone else is using this add-on and if they have experienced a similar problem?
