Help Center showing blocks of Knowledge Base in Server

I have set up Jira Service Desk in Cloud and Jira Core 8.13 + Jira Server 8.13 + Jira Service Desk 8.13.0 Server edition.

In the Cloud version, I like the way Help Center shows all the Knowledge Bases available for Customer as titles in the front page. However I can't get the same layout in the Server edition.

There is "Jira Service Desk" in the upper left corner in the Cloud edition, and locally it is "Jira". 

There is no such thing as "Jira Service Desk" in the Server edition? Where can I achieve the Help Center layout in Server edition? I want to show all public knowledge base pages after clicking on the name of the Project at Help Center.
