Help in JQL for JIRA Service desk

mtsmatheus89 October 24, 2018

Good morning everyone,

I have some doubts regarding the JQL JIRA Service desk.
I can not extract some information from the issues.

Example:
OS = Issue.
Activity = Sub-OS.

1-) Report that must contain the records of attendance of each resource by activity, by OS and date / time of start of care

2-) Report that must contain the attendance records of each resource per activity of each OS

3-) Report that should contain the sum of the efforts per resource and per day of the month

I have doubts on how to set up this kind of consultation, could you help me?

Matheus,

Are you carrying your search in JIRA or in JIRA Service Desk? Search should be in JIRA.

Matheus,

What your are displaying is creating queues in JSD and not in JIRA. Please see documentation below
