We don´t want that all our team read a reply to a ticket.
Is it possible to hide the reply to our team?

restricting issue comments is unfortunately currently possible only in Jira Software, not in Jira Service Desk.
All you can currently do in Jira Service Desk is add either internal comment (customer won't see it) or public comment (shared also with customer).
There is a request for this feature though, feel free to vote for it:
