How can I change SLAs in multiple projects at once?
Hi! I found that I can import SLA configuration from one project to another. Is there a way to change SLA goal in one project and to choose projects for SLA update?
I have issue assigned to me where I must create matrix with columns:
- Service class
- Project
- Issue type
- Priority
- Time to first response
- Time to resolution
How can I create it and where? Idea is that admin changes time in the matrix and SLA goal changes automatically.
