How can I change the initial Create step of a JIRA workflow?

Hi Everyone.

In the workflow below, how can I make it so the first status from Create (the circle) is actually 'Awaiting Review' and after that it goes to 'Change Manager Approval'?

I can't seem to find a way to do this. 

It doesn't let me delete the initial status from Create or delete the Create transition or edit it in a way that allows me to achieve what I want.

Hi, Just hold on-click on the create arrowhead and drag to the transition you want(Awaiting Review)

It wasn't immediately obvious that you could do that.
