How can I change the name of the Jira Service Desk?

Hi All!

I have changed the name of the Jira service desk for users - however the old name still shows to users on the customer portal. This project I set up to trial, now its set up ready for users but the name was wrong.
The name is currently 'My Wealth Portal Help Center'  it use to be EW & Portal Bug Reports/Requests. Any tips on how to change this?

Have you changed the name under project > project settings > Portal settings?

Hi Jack,
I do not have a portal settings inside the project settings. How do I get this? I am super admin level of permission.
