How can I document and manage Customer Organization's vendors, applications, and assets?

As a small consulting company and MSP, I am looking to connect Customer Organizations to their managed assets, including vendors and applications.

How can I do this in Jira SM Cloud?

I only see Insight Asset Management for Server, not Cloud. Am I missing something or there a different name for the Cloud version?

From March 31, Insight is only available with Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plans (for Cloud).

If you do not want to switch the premium plan, you can try out one of the marketplace applications listed here:
