How can I get a list of Service Desk customers when using Jira Server

I know functionality is available in Jira Cloud based on this post - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/07/export-a-list-of-your-customers

We have multiple service desks, and I need to know which customers belong to which service desk without having to manually list them from the Customer view in the Service Desk itself.

Can anyone help?

Hi @Nicole Downes,

I believe there is no easy way to do it. If you're organizing your customers in organizations and you are ok with calling some REST APIs, you could use these endpoints to get the desired results. You could then create a script which generates the desired report for you:

  1. Get all service desks
  2. For every service desk, get all organizations related to a service desk
  3. For every organization, get all users of this organization

Maybe someone else has an easier tip for you.. :)

Cheers,
Matthias.

Four year old thread, but I am trying to achieve the same, but i don't use organization organizing. Would be nice with a way to pull all service desk customers.
