I want a relatively seamless process for my customers to create support requests so I'd prefer that they didn't have to create (another) account.
All the documentation seems to offer is manually adding customers or allowing public self-registration. Surely there's import and sync options?
I'm guessing there is not. I'm frustrated as well that there doesn't seem to be a simple import option. Everything I am coming across is either via API or user self registration. Have you been able to find a different way?
