How can I make a dashboard the default?

I've created a dashboard for our help desk. I would like it to be the first thing people see. But when I enter the project it seems to default to the last view I was using. And I see nothing anywhere about making a given dashboard the default one. Is this possible?

First share it with everyone in your team. then go to the dashboard and mark it as Favourite. Your team members need to do the same.
