How can I only show the agent's name in the notification sent to my client

I'd just like to show the agent's name in the notification the customer receives, Can I hide the email created by jira? (example: jira@site.atlassian.com).

It's possible?

Checking the details you provided and searching for some option or workaround, I'm afraid to say that there are no settings in Jira that prevent the email address from being visible in Gmail or any other mail client.

Although I didn't find a workaround, perhaps there is some configuration in the mail client that could hide this information or some add-on for Gmail that could do that.

For now, in Jira, there is no option to configure that. When a customer receives a notification, it will show the email address on "From".
