How can I see my customer's info in JSD?

Andrea Sali March 26, 2019

Hi Everyone,

I am setting up my JSD with different organizations to separate my Clients and limit each's visibility to only their company's tickets.

As I am creating 'test' customers to test invite flow and what each sees when submitting a ticket, I am noticing that these customers do not display in the admin 'Customer' page. They do come up if I search their name. Also, if I go into the Organization the 'test' customer has been invited to, they are there, but I can't see their information (email, etc.) when I click on their name - it just takes me to the admin team page.

Question #1: Where can I see a full list of everyone registered for my JSD?

Question #2: Where can I see a customers info as when I select 'profile' when I hover over the name, it just takes me to my teams page?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
There are two options to see customers on your instance:
1 - Go to the project and click on "Customers". On this page, you will see the full name and the email will be between ().

2 - If you are a site admin, you can go to Site administration > Jira Service Desk > Portal only customers.

The only information you can see about customers is the full name and email.

Regards,
Angélica
