How can I see when a Ticket has a customer answer?

HI guys,

 

At this moment, when a open ticket is answered by a client the status it doesnt change, i would love to see answered or something.

If you want the status to change then use Automation. There is, I believe, a canned automation there or you can certainly create a custom on for this.
