We need an agent to move an issue that was opened in his service desk to another one. When he tries to move the ticket, the other service desk projects do not show up on the list. However, this works if it's done by and admin.
@Otto Kog The agent will have to have the "Create Issue" permission in the target project, or be a member of a group/role that has that permission.
We've created a role with this permission and added an agent to the target project and it works.
The issue now is that it seems we have to add all of the agents to the target projects and set them to that role (so all of them are able to move tickets to those projects). It's a really tedious process considering we'd have to add all of our agents to each desk.
Is there another way to handle this permission?

@Otto Kog The best practice is to use groups with your project roles. Just assign the group to that role in the target projects and you won't have to manage the users individually.
