I'm beginer using JIRA and I want to configure, at least, one dashboard to see the current status of IT service desk and the trend of my team and issues.
What are the best gadgets to do it?
There is some topic with the most used?

i like the calendar in addition to what Raynard mentions. I also use the two-dimensional for several scenarios, e.g by agent and by customer request type.
