Native Jira Service Management doesn't offer any possibility to import customers and collect additional information about them. You can try our app Customer Details for Jira Service Management. Using this app you can define what information do you need. They can be provided by customers in their profile or by agents. Now, we're working on support for organizations and adding options to import customers. If you have any additional requirements about this solution, let us know via customer portal.
