i have jira service desk and jira software running on the same server. Customers creates issue in service desk. i need these issues to be moved to jira software as issues
I've done some research and the following looks like a solution:
You'll have to use the app Clone Plus for Jira though.

@Grigory Salnikov Thanks for the suggestion. But the solution mentioned in the above discussion didn't work for me.
I couldn't move (more > move) or create a linked issue (more >create linked issue ). Only the service desk projects were in the drop-down to select a destination project. The user has issue move permission.
I could create a link (more > link ) between an issue in service desk with an already existing issue in Jira software. But I require to create a new issue in Jira software.
