Finally We will open service desk next month.
i was wondering that Atlassian Service desk has reopen button in customer screen.
I have check all of configuration, but i didn't find the way to make reopen button.
do you have any idea related to this?

If you want to make a Reopen option on Customer portal then you need to add the status as Reopen and add the outward transition from closed/Resolved status to Reopen.
Once you have done this configure workflow status so that it will show reopen status on customer portal.
