Hi!
I'm in a direct Slack chat with my developer, rather than a slack channel. He asks something specific about a ticket and I want to attach my answer to that ticket. When I select the message action "attach to issue", jirabot answers "There are no Jira sites connected to this channel."
Upon entering "/jira connect clearago.atlassian.net" I get the message "Sorry, but I can't post notifications inside a direct message with someone else yet, but you can get notifications in a direct message with me. I'll send you a message and we can get started."
Is there currently a way to unfurl tickets within a DM and can I attach messages to JIRA or is that simply not possible currently in a DM due to Slack restrictions?
Thanks
Will you be adding the feature to just directly be able to add the Jirabot to the private message? Agreed that its not intuitive. But also when we want to quickly message a particular person, now both of us have to have the same setup and always use that channel rather than the direct message.
You would have to have a direct message with another user and add JiraBot to the conversation. Consider it a 3-way direct message.

Didn't think of creating a "direct message with 2 people". That worked - Thanks!
Guess it really is a Slack restriction then. A bit unintuitive but well... Thanks!
