How do I give a group write access new JIRA experience?

I am trying to set up the GitLab JIRA integration: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/jira.html

Step 4 says I need to give the group write access, but I do not see this option in the new JIRA experience. Does anyone know how to do this?

I thinks it's on:

Site Administration > Application Access > Grant Access (button on the upper right corner)
