Hello,
can you describe what does it mean to add someone to the project? Because when I choose this option, other customers can still see this project, evethough they are not added to the project in any section.
Best,
Kateřina.
Hello @katerina_zelenkova,
Thank you for your question.
Adding someone to the project means to manually add them on Customers > Add customers.
When the project is closed, only customers listed on the customers' page and users/customers listed on Project settings > People will have access to the project.
After selecting "Customers my team adds to the project" you will be able to remove them from the project to prevent them to create tickets.
Regards,
Angélica
Hello Angélica,
that is unfortunately not true, in my "project A" I have:
Who can access the portal -> Customers my team adds to the project.
In section customers there is no one, in sectiction project setting/people there is no one.
And people who are in customers of my other project B still can create a ticket of project A.
Do you have any advice what I need to change?
Thanks,
Kateřina.

Thank you for the details, Kateřina.
I saw that you created a ticket with our support they schedule a meeting for Monday.
Since you already made all the tests and changed the necessary settings, but the project is still visible for customers without permission, let's wait for the meeting on Monday, so they can access your site and verify what is happening in this case.
Once the ticket is closed, feel free to share with us the resolution to help other community members that may have the same issue.
