How do I supply a list of links within Jira Service Desk?

Hi All,

I would like to make a list of links to frequently used websites easily available to our agents using Jira service Desk Cloud. I'd like to make the list available via a button, menu item, or some other method that is easy to access within Service Desk.

I'm not seeing any easy way (or even a hard way) to do something like that.

Any suggestions?

Cloud or Server?

You can try:

1. Use a confluence page
2. If you're on cloud use some gadget like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/rich-text-gadget/cloud/overview
3. Create a simple plugin / issue tab panel / gadget
